80 years ago, our grandfather and our grandmother decided to start the hotel-restaurant business, by taking over some premises which, in the XIX century, were used to let passengers have a rest and postal horses being replaced (hence the name of the Hotel and its historical logo). At the end of the 1950’s, they decided to expand their business, by building the current main structure of the Hotel, and using the old structure as a private house.

 

In the 1960’s, our parents took over and kept running the hotel with their style and ideas, which, in 1981, brought to a complete renovation of the Hotel in order to make it more appropriate to the needs of the time.

 

In 1997, the older structure started by our grandparents had a new birth, which allowed us to increase the total accomodation in our Hotel. Now, the third millennium has started, and it’s up to us to keep the family tradition, living, keeping our Hotel up with the times, trying always to maintain a hearty and friendly mood, together with passion and professionalism which allowed the name of the Olivieri family been linked to the Hotel Posta for 80 years.
